I've always wanted a parka to keep my warm during autumn and winter. It's so much easier to layer with and it gives me an option of changing it up rather than always using my boring old black coat. I always thought that it was very versatile. You could use it during spring as well to throw it on top of a nice dress to give it a laid back look. Ever since I saw it on one of my favourite fashion bloggers, I knew I had to have one! But sadly I can't seem to find the perfect one just yet. Hope I'll find one just like how Cinderella found her glass slipper that fit her like a glove.

Textures

Ruffles from a silk tank and a black quilted jacket add textures to a rather simple outfit. There's just something about neutral colours that scream autumn. I know I said previously that I like to add a pop of colour to my outfits, but sometimes it's better to fly under the radar.

Mercadanté on Lygon Street, famous for their owners playing pranks on customers. We had a try for a friend's birthday and I must say, she got startled quite a bit. But it was all in good fun.
